    Marcos. I've watched many instructional videos on proper bodybuilding. I need to say that you make it real...no attitude...no hype...no BS...and we can see the results by your example. I hope this message brings you encouragement that what you have been doing here is working.

  12. Hi . marcos. when u say drop set 3x. It means full weight+ half weight makes 1 set and you continue all those for 3 sets. Is It???????????????

  19. when doing the drop set, should the weight level be kept the same for all the 3 sets? e.g. if i do 25kg each side of the bench and then drop it to 15kg each side.
    should the weights stay at this level for all three sets?

  21. @ptogwsr you are correct. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.
