  14. Hey Vic, I have made these quite a few times and I love them so thank you very much for sharing. One problem ive been having is the unhealthy reflex of going for the syrup in the frig that my wife demands i keep in there for her pancakes. Is there a "syrup like" healthier option? I didnt quite make out what you used after the banana. Thanks!

    Hey Vic, awesome recipe and another great video. I am not too good at cooking so i kind of messed up my pancake to the point where my room mate was like, "What is that!?"(the shape had no geometric name) lol but it still had a nice taste. Hopefully I'll get better with practice =)

  21. Sure, you have a bit of protein and complex carbs. Not too over prepared, relatively easy to stomach. Guys are telling me they have them at various times and are enjoying them throughout the day. Peace, Vic

  22. I use 5 eggs, a cup of oats, and that's all. it makes a nice 2 pancakes, I did use milk, but it gives too much mixture for me to stomach. do you feel this would be a good fuel for a workout ?
