    If you're following stronglifts(mehdi's) 5x5 program and do a dropset after every exercise, will your body be able to work out squats 5x5 followed by a dropset 3 times a week?

    it's good to do it at the end of your sets so it gets your central nervous system going not every week for 2 weeks i would do rest pause sets to finish my workouts then use drop sets for the other weeks

    so are drop sets good to do them at the end of every set with every activity you do for the whole day your at the gym

  23. Nah dude... It's to rip the muscle and gain more mass. Bodybuilding muscles are normally achieved with roids.
