  45. Hey, have you tried "Musclegends" (look on Google)? There you will find a smart free video explaining how to start building visible muscles very fast. This helped Ryan to break through his bodybuilding plateau and thus pack on ripped muscle without fat very quickly. Perhaps it will work for you as well.
