    This is an awesome eBook with some healthy recipes! I never knew about Chia seeds or the power that they have on the body before I read this. After reading it I put a lot of it into effect and I was surprised to see how great I feel and look! Anyone in need of weight loss, check this eBook out!

    A very quick read.
    There is an overview of the benefits of chia and a quick mention of the other uses both at the start and end of the book. There are some useful tips here.
    There are some good recipes but so few.
    It loses a star because it does not mention contra-indications are vital to consider, plus a dozen more recipes would have rounded the booklet fully to feel complete.
    Note - this does need checking, but I was told that chia thins blood and therefore anyone receiving aspirin therapy or other blood thinning medications should be careful. I do feel a chat with the pharmacist, doctor, herbalist or some such would be prudent.

    Not a bad book considering it was free. I found a few recipes I can't wait to try out. I'm new to this and this was just enough information to get me started.
